Christina Norris

Christina has been crossfitting since 2020 and began coaching in 2021. She lives in Fountain Inn with her two daughters.

She has the most fun when training for competitions and competing locally with friends. She loves the gymnastics and Olympic lifting part of CrossFit, which reminds her of memories from gymnastics and skill work days.

"My favorite part of CrossFit is seeing people from all parts of life workout together, and find a community where we all try to help each other feel more confident in what their body is capable of."
