Jorge Navarro

Jorge began CrossFit in June of 2015. He received his L1 Certification in December of 2019, and is a certified Kidfit Coach.

Jorge lives in Fountain Inn with his wife, Sam, and their four children, Ellie, Simon, Selah and Macie.

Jorge's favorite part of coaching is watching the long term transformations. He loves seeing Dad's more present in their child's life because they have the energy to play after work. He loves seeing Mom's crush their fitness goals while managing kids and households. He loves seeing kids push themselves, and grow in their fitness journey! What we do in the gym, impacts every area of our life.
